Wall Street in Panic? No worry!
The situation is not hopeless.
1 The FED creates a special 'Pre-contractual Agreement'
2 The Stock exchange Officer registers them in a 'special' file ‘precontractual agreements’ to purchase securities.
3 Create online a form (Google Forms or Microsoft Forms) with mention of:
1 The name, the buyer’s address,
2: The number of shares.
3: The price of the share,
4: The date of the pre-contractual agreement,
5: The digital signature of the contractor. (5G registration if possible (beta test), blockchain etc.
6: Retrieve funds and record them in the special account (Stock Exchange)
The Fed can inject liquidities in the market to the extend of the global amount of that ‘precontractual transactions fund’ at a lower risk (reduced rate). Legal formalism will take place at a later date. Why not take the chance to test 5G and blockchain in real conditions?
